Common Question of Furuno First Watch
What does this radar include?
The Furuno First Watch wireless radar is listed without a power cable. Confirm the included scanner, wireless interface, display requirements, battery or vessel power connections, mounting hardware, and any required accessories before ordering. The missing power cable must be sourced or verified for a complete wireless radar installation.
Is the power cable supplied?
No. The product is specifically identified without a power cable. Confirm the correct Furuno replacement or compatible power lead, connector arrangement, voltage requirements, fuse protection, and installation instructions before connecting the radar. Correct power wiring is essential for safe First Watch operation aboard the vessel.
Does wireless mean cable-free?
No. Wireless data communication does not necessarily eliminate power wiring. The First Watch still requires an appropriate power connection unless an approved alternative is specified. Verify the wireless network, display compatibility, power source, charging arrangement, and cable requirements before installation for dependable wireless marine radar performance.
