Common Question of Lowrance HALO20
What type of radar is included?
The Lowrance HALO20 is a 20-inch enclosed radar dome supplied with a five-meter cable. Its compact radome protects the scanner while simplifying installations with limited space. Confirm compatible Lowrance displays, network requirements, power connections, mounting dimensions, and cable routing before commissioning the 20-inch radar dome.
How long is the cable?
The included cable is five meters long. Measure the complete route between the HALO20 dome and compatible Lowrance display or network equipment, allowing service loops without sharp bends. Confirm connector compatibility, cable protection, and network requirements for reliable five-meter radar connectivity aboard the vessel.
Why choose an enclosed dome?
An enclosed dome protects the internal antenna and rotating mechanism while maintaining a compact installation footprint. This design can suit vessels with limited mounting clearance or service space. Measure the installation area and verify Lowrance system requirements before fitting the compact HALO radar scanner.
